MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH AT BRASSTOWN VALLEY RESORT

Celebrate Mother's Day Brunch at Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa. This years Brunch will be offered from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. 

Chef and his team will carve Sea Salt & Cracked Black pepper crusted Prime Rib, And A Honey Maple Glazed Ham. Also included, Imported Cheese and charcuterie board , Shrimp Cocktail, Baby Shrimp and Bay Scallop Salad and our very own House Smoked Salmon. Next stop by the Salad Bar with fresh seasonal toppings as well as a Caprese pasta salad. There will be Blackened Salmon with a Lobster Cream sauce, Grilled Chicken breast with Apple bacon Chutney, Steamed Mussels & Clams with Andouille Sausage, 3 Cheese baked tortellini . Potatoes Au Gratin, and Fresh vegetable medley. Also A Omelet and Waffle station with bacon, sausage and Eggs Benidict. Try some different cakes and pies but be sure to try the Petit fours and Macaroons as well as Warm Bread Pudding. It is a regional favorite. Adult pricing is $73.80, children ages 6-12 is $36.84 and children 5 and under are $13.47. ( 23% gratuity included in price) and state sales tax is added to the ticket price.
