Director of Operations - Full Time Monday – Friday, occasionally evenings and weekends.

The Director of Operations at Hinton Rural Life Center is responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring a high-quality guest experience at the Conference and Retreat Center. This role involves overseeing guest services, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance of buildings and grounds. The DO is dedicated to fostering an atmosphere of "radical hospitality" that makes every visitor feel welcomed and valued. This includes not only overseeing the guests' stay but also maintaining a positive reputation of the facility beyond their visit, ensuring that each interaction reflects the center's commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.

The ideal candidate for the Director of Operations at Hinton Rural Life Center will be a committed Christian role model, embodying the center's values for both guests and staff. This individual should be adept at multitasking, confident in a supervisory role, and capable of overseeing various departments to ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience. Strong leadership skills and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities are essential to succeed in fostering the center’s mission of radical hospitality.
