ICL Class Beginning May 4th - YHC

The following ICL class begins May 4, 2022:  

LOCAL ORGAN CRAWL No Special Requirements Jerry Taylor, 4 Sessions, Wednesday, May 4 – May 25, 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm, Cost: $20 

We will visit local pipe organs and reed organs learning about the history of the organ and playing pieces to showcase its possibilities. We will be visiting the sites listed below and maybe a few other side trips. 1. St. Andrews Lutheran Church, Andrews, NC (first pipe organ west of Asheville) 2. Grace-Calvary Episcopal Church, Clarkesville, GA (oldest working pipe organ in Georgia) 3. The Casavant pipe organ at Piedmont College, Demorest, GA 4. St. Agnes Episcopal Church pipe organ, Franklin, NC
