CHRISTMAS CARE OF CLAY COUNTY

The holidays can be a struggle for many families, stretched financially with little or no funds available for Christmas gifts, but thanks to the generous giving and volunteer support of community members through Christmas Care of Clay County, gifts of new clothing were provided to 346 children in December 2023. This annual ministry coordinated by Hinton Rural Life Center brought hope and joy to over 150 homes. In addition to walking alongside our neighbors, one thing that makes Christmas Care such an exceptional holiday ministry is that it is a true collaboration of community members to love and support their neighbors. Christmas Care of Clay County is all about local individuals, families, churches, businesses, and other organizations coming together through generous donations and volunteer service to help ensure that all parents can experience the blessing of gifting their children at Christmas. Consider making a tax-deductible donation by November 15th. That may seem early, but it will enable us to determine our next steps (of course, if you aren’t able until after that date, we joyfully accept donations year-round for Christmas Care!).
