Jim Reach is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Reach Enterprises, LLC, based in Hayesville, North Carolina. After a 40-year career with IBM and leadership roles in enterprise software delivery, Jim now helps organizations align business strategy with technology execution.

Reach Enterprises specializes in project and program management, digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, and technology consulting. Jim has led complex initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, software providers, and distribution businesses, helping clients improve operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and deliver strategic initiatives.

A Georgia Tech graduate with a degree in Information and Computer Science, Jim combines executive leadership experience with hands-on project delivery expertise. He also supports local nonprofit and community organizations through strategic planning, fundraising, and organizational development.

Jim and his wife, Susan, have lived in Hayesville since 2020. They enjoy life in the North Carolina mountains, are active in local community and nonprofit organizations, and are blessed with two sons, two daughters-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters.
