With over two decades of hands-on experience, I am passionate about helping clients achieve optimal wellness through personalized massage therapy. I specialize in techniques such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Therapeutic Cupping, combining extensive knowledge of anatomy with a compassionate approach to care.

Over the past 22 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from athletes focused on performance recovery to individuals seeking relief from chronic pain and stress. I prioritize ongoing education to stay at the forefront of massage therapy techniques, recently expanding my practice to include cupping sessions for enhanced therapeutic results.

I’m trained in a variety of massage modalities designed to support relaxation and overall well-being. Hot Stone Therapy and Hot Towels are included with every massage for an added touch of comfort.
