Mountain Home Health Services provides skilled nursing (RN & LPN), Physical & Occupational Therapist, Social Worker and Home Health Aid to Clay, Cherokee, Graham, Macon, Towns, and Union Counties. ( NC since 1971, GA since 1992). We are devoted to providing compassionate, quality care to home bound patients, allowing them to maintain their independence. Recently we added a Fall/ Balance program to strengthen and prevent falls or injuries. Services are paid for by Medicaid, VA, and other major health insurances.
