Serving Cherokee, Clay, Graham, and Swain Counties by providing access to services and referrals for a low-income families.  We are FOUR COUNTIES FOR PEOPLE that include:  Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), Head Start, HUD/Section 8 Housing, and Home Improvement Programs:  Weatherization (WAP), Urgent Repair (URP), Essential Family Rehabilitation (ESFR).
