SUMMER CLASSICS CONCERT

Description

Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, Hayesville, extends an invitation to the community to attend a special summer concert featuring strings, woodwinds, keyboard and vocals performed by talented local and regional artists. Summer Classics…Beethoven to Broadway will be held Saturday, June 6, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM in the church sanctuary located at 495 Herbert Hills Drive. Organizer Phil Cox said “We have remarkable talent in the area that we look forward to highlighting and sharing with the public.” 

Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased online at goodshepherdhayesville.org or by calling the church office at 828-389-3397 Monday thru Thursday, 9am to 3pm. 

Seating is limited and tickets should be purchased in advance. A champagne reception in the Parish Hall will follow the performance. 

Pictured - Marla Feeney is an Atlanta-based musician, multi-instrumentalist, freelance performer, composer, arranger, and teacher. She enjoys playing many styles of music, including classical, jazz, country, gospel, klezmer ethno-world rock and others. She will perform on violin in a classical style and clarinet with a jazz influence.
