Join Patti Simonds as she shares powerful tools for your toolbox of navigating the valleys and hills of life. These mental well-being tools will help you discover who you are. This class will provide you with an understanding of your feelings, desires, habits, strengths, and weaknesses. You will learn about knowing why you do what you do and feel the way you feel. Self-awareness for personal growth is important for the following reasons:

  • A guide to better decision making 
  • Improving communication skills 
  • Improving relationships 
  • Managing stress 
  • Learning to living authentically 

Your personal growth journey is uniquely yours, and self-awareness is that compass that can guide you to an overall greater well-being. 


Patti Simonds's Story 

Patti will be sharing with participants, her knowledge and expertise of more than 30 years of behavioral and educational professional development. Her background includes teaching administrators and teachers on childhood trauma and how it affects learning, understanding functions of behaviors, and strategies to improve emotional well-being. She has received her BS and MS from the University at Albany, SUNY including her certification in school administration. Patti has been a resident of Hayesville, NC with her husband, Gerry for the past six years.
