Description

We’re excited to announce that the Bradford Pear Bounty is coming to Hayesville this year - made possible by the support of the Clay County Master Gardener Volunteers. Registration is now open! Remove your invasive Bradford/Callery pear and get a free native replacement! Learn more and register at: www.treebountync.com.

Saturday, March 21, 9:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m.

Clay County/Hayesville, NC

The event address will be sent to registrants the week before the event.

This event is made possible by the Clay County Master Gardener Volunteers.

This exchange is free and open to the public.  You may receive up to five free trees total (one per tree that has been cut down). A picture of the Bradford Pear trees you cut down must be shown to organizers at the pick-up to receive a replacement native tree. The trees will be in 3-5 gallon pots.

You must complete the registration to secure your spot at the event, even if you choose to make a thoughtful gift using this form.

North Carolina Wildlife Federation (NCWF) is able to support community action and programs like this thanks to the partnership and kind investments you and others provide. You can support the Bradford Pear Bounty program by making a gift below, if you wish. Thank you!

Please verify the total number of trees you are requesting does not exceed FIVE trees in total.
This will ensure accurate and ample quantities on-hand on the day of the tree pick up.

Event address will be sent to registrants.
